The original contract between the Saudi company and the applicant stating the length of contract, nature of the job, amount of pay. This contract has to be sealed by The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as the Saudi company and the Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia.

Applicant should have at least 2 years of experience in the field to which the position relates and for which is being applied.

1 Student Clearinghouse Letter of Authorization - Link

An official invitation letter from the company in Saudi Arabia bearing the company seal, the seal of the Chamber of Commerce, and approved by the ministry of Foreign affairs in Saudi Arabia. This letter must indicate the block visa number and date as well as the position and name of the person requested.

The Saudi Company Commercial registration at the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

(This process will add an additional 7-9 working days to the visa processing. Please keep this in mind before and during the application process) A certified and notarized copy of the applicant's diploma,which must be validated by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission in Washington DC (telephone 202-377-9450 or 202-289-8849) Form Link. For training or technical diplomas, certified and notarized copies must additionally be validated by the US Department of State. Degrees and Diplomas need to be notarized by the Saudi Consulate as well. Diplomas issued by an institution outside the USA should show the signature and the seal of the issuing country's consulate.

A letter in a sealed envelope from the university stating the method of instruction (online, distance learning, or regular classroom). The letter must specify all online credits, if any, and whether the applicant studied on the main campus of the university. If you graduated before 2000, then you can write a personal letter yourself stating you never took any online classes.

An original employment contract signed by both the sponsor and the applicant. The position mentioned in the contract should match the position mentioned in the block visa reference, as should the academic degree for the applicant should reflect his or her major. (Technical positions should abide by the same format in the form of certificates or accolades).

A release letter ( Letter of No Objection- NOC) from the previous employer, if the applicant has worked in the Kingdom before. This applies only if the previous employment ended within the last year.

Three copies of a recent Medical Report - Link that was issued by a licensed physician, who must sign each copy and must certify that the applicant is free of any contagious diseases (HIV Hepatitis B & C and TB). The license number of the physician must appear on each copy and the reports cannot be older than one month. The applicant must also provide the lab reports in addition to the three medical reports that are to be submitted. Each copy of the medical report must be signed and sealed by the practicing physician to include his physican license number.

Police report will be obtain by World Jobs, Inc. for you. We need:

Resident Visa

A passport valid for at least six 6 months, with at least two (4) clear visa pages adjacent to each other.
4 consecutive, blank visa pages.
2 recent passport-size color photographs with a white background; the photographs must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.

For non-U.S. citizens: a copy of the green card or other documented proof of legal residence in the USA.
Three (3) copies of our medical report, along with three (3) passport-size color pictures with a white background. This medical report must be issued by a licensed physician who must sign each copy and must certify that the applicant is free of any contagious disease. The license number and address of the physician should appear on each copy . Medical reports should be used within one month from the date of issuance. Each copy of the medical report must be signed and sealed stamped by the physician to include his physican license number.
Residence visas are issued for a validity of one (1) year only. The Embassy does not have the authority to extend or renew a residence visa.
A resident visa does not guarantee the right to work.

Requirements To Obtain A VISA To Enter United Arab Emirates

Passport Information

Passport must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay
The original passport must be submitted and should have at least two blank visa pages for processing.
In order to obtain a visa for UAE for non-U.S. citizens, the inviting organization will have to apply at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE for a NOC (No Objection Certificate). The inviting organization will then send a copy of the visa approval which will be available upon arrival.
Canadian citizens will now need a visa prior to entry. (visa cannot be obtained upon arrival).

Tourist Visa - U.S. Citizens, Canadians and most Europeans can obtain a visa upon arrival for up to 30 days. Other nationals will require an NOC approval through the immigration in UAE in order to enter UAE. (Please call for details)

U.S.A., U.K., France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Cyprus, Finland, Malta, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia citizens no longer need visa prior to entry. (Duration of stay is One(1) month). Visas can be obtained upon arrival in UAE.
The Embassy does not issue visas on travel documents or re-entry permits.
The Embassy requires a minimum of (5-7) business days to process visa applications.
NOC approval must be granted prior to entry for non-U.S. citizens.

Requirements To Obtain A VISA To Enter Kuwait

Passport Information

Passport must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay.
Passport must have at least four blank visa pages for processing.
U.S., European, Canadian and Australian Nationals can obtain their visas upon arrival up to 30 days.
Citizens of all countries not listed above will need to apply through their sponsor in Kuwait for an NOC (No Objection Certificate) once the approval is approved by the immigration in Kuwait. Applicants can either ask their sponsor to have their visa ready at the point of entry upon their arrival to Kuwait or we can process their visa at the Kuwait Embassy with all the documents listed below along with the NOC approval.

Children under 5 years of age must present an up-to-date schedule of essential vaccinations.
A police report that will reflect no criminal record. The police report must be certified by the U.S. State Department, then legalized by the embassy.
The accompanying family permit.

Additional Information

Notice: Effective March 2004, the visa to enter Kuwait is issued upon arrival at border entry points for stays up to 30 days. An extension of stay may be applied for locally.
U.S. Citizens need to have two passport photos on them and $30.00 in cash to obtain visa upon entry.

The traveler can then travel with the NOC and obtain a visa upon arrival. Once you have received the NOC, we will need a copy of the NOC in addition to the requirements below in order to process your visa.
U.S. Citizens can now obtain a Multiple Entry visa in Houston. All other nationalities are issued single entry only and will take 3 working days. Multiple entry visas for non-U.S. citizens will need to be sent to our D.C. office for processing and will take up to 10 working days.
