WORKFORCE OPTIMIZATION/PLANNING & ANALYTICS 
You will be required to design and conduct workforce analytics and workforce optimization studies based on parameters set by the Company.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree with credentials in workforce metrics/analytics, business analytics, people analytics or HR analytics are desired.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT
You will be required to apply a structured change management approach and methodology in the diagnose, design, implement, and asses change management strategies and plans in support of overall Organizational Excellence initiatives.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree with credentials in Lean or Six Sigma, PMI, CMA or APICS is desired.

JOB EVALUATION
You will be required to provide a systematic and consistent approach to defining the relative worth and rank jobs on the basis of roles within an organization. 
Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities with job evaluation frameworks such as the Hay System, Towers Watson Global Grading System, the Mercer IPE system, or similar job evaluation tools.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

ORGANIZATION DESIGN 
You will be required to provide interventions in organization design and strategy development that support the achievement of business initiatives and objectives. 
Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree with additional credentials in organization design, lean six sigma, data analytics, change management and project management.

LEADERSHIP & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
You will be responsible for delivering training programs focused on leadership, management, and professional development both in-person and virtual workshops.
Experience: Demonstrated experience as a facilitator delivering leadership, management, and supervisory knowledge and skills training sessions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree with credentials in instructional design is desired.
